This is my go to shop when I'm visiting my family in Murrells Inlet. Some years ago I was "lucky" enough to get some things in my tire...this morning I was anxious that I was going to repeat that moment. Just low tire pressure! Thank you for taking the time to check my tires and reassure me I was safe to travel home today. You guys are awesome! (I cant remember who helped me last time but they even drove to get me two tires from another shop! Exceptional service!!)

Had a blowout on our camper four hours from home. Gave their store a call and they handled everything perfectly. Had a set ready for me the next morning. Store manager even let my children use his own fishing equipment to fish behind the store while we waited. Very professional and at a reasonable price.

Larry and Tony were AWESOME! They were close to closing and totally gave me exceptional customer service. They fixed the problem within minutes and even noticed I needed air in my tires and valve caps. They are amazing!

First day on vacation and woke up to a flat tire! Called Firestone and Larry E told us to come in and he would take care of us! The place was busy, but they quickly took care of us! Excellent customer service and made everything stress free. Highly recommend this place!!!! We will use Firestone in the future due to this experience!

After having tire trouble coming on vacation and the first tire store we went to not doing as they said they would, we stopped today into Firestone on 11999 US Highway, 17 Bypass South in Murrell's Inlet. We walked in talked to Larry explained our situation and he fit us right in with an alignment and tire balance. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and we couldn't be more thankful. Our vehicle is fixed correctly and thanks to Larry and his professional staff our vacation wasn't hindered. It's nice to know even when you're out of town you can find great customer service when you need it. We highly suggest for any repairs go talk to Larry and his staff at Firestone. Thank you again!

I was visiting from out of town over Memorial Day weekend when I blew out a tire. I drive an older model roadster convertible, with a tire configuration that makes finding a quick replacement difficult. Larry, the GM, walked me through my options, and we settled on a set that would meet my needs. He called a little while later to tell me that, unfortunately, that set had sold out online before we picked it, and the next closest set was three hours away. He offered, and was fully prepared, to drive and go pick up the set himself to help me out. This is the type of customer service that is missing from so many industries these days, and why I am now a Firestone customer. If you live in the area, or visit and have bad luck like me, this is the guy you should give your business to.
