Great guys, had the minivan aligned and four new tires mounted and balanced, runs like a charm, I've always had nothing but great service at Mavis

I was visiting from Columbus Ohio and needed the tire's on my 2015 Genesis rotated as well as windshield wiper blades replaced and these folks hooked me up. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mavis.

I was told my brake pads were bad and quoted 289. Plus 89 for a fluid flush. I waited almost 4 hours and was told they quoted only one axle and they installed rotors. I never change rotors unless they are worn bad and warped. They charged for alignment but it didn’t need it. All told there was poor communication and an upscale of rotors not needed. I was contacted by the customer service department and a refund was issued for items not authorized. I’m glad they are honorable people.
