Jim toke my service request with accuracy and promptness. He said it may take until the next morning, but said it could be ready the same day. He set my expectations up realistically and exceeded them. My car's service was on budget and quicker than promised.

2nd oil change and no rotation and greasy hand prints. Last visit upon picking up my truck I noticed the front tires were still slightly cupped. After bringing to service writers attention I got a story about the floor having a crack and they couldn't lift my Superduty diesel. But only after I questioned the cupping still on the front tires. I was told I can take it to another location for the rotation. Instead I rotated them myself. Back to today. I told service writer of my last experience and he assured me the tires would be rotated... again I mentioned it several times at drop off. When I picked up the truck the invoice showed a tire rotation and I questioned the other service writer who billed me out and he assured me they were rotated. I went out and immediately noticed nice flat tread on the rear tires and cupping on the fronts, just as before. The writer questioned the mechanic who fessed up that he did not rotate them. I have been coming to this store for 10 years or so. I have purchased tires, service and maintenance for many vehicles... it stops with this last visit. The greasy hand prints were the icing on the cake. I do have to wonder about a set of tires from several years ago that wore out prematurely and I was told I didn't rotate them enough. When I said they were rotating with oil changes I was told it was a bad alignment.. gotta wonder...
I have been with NTB before they became NTB they were merchant tire I go to the one in murrells inlet then going there 13 years I have been going there for 13 years I have been going there for 13 years I think they are great
I confirmed what my vehicle was the day before and they set the appointment knowing what I had. I showed up on time and I was turned down for an alignment because, “the truck is too big”. I called 2 other shops to ask if they could do it and neither had an issue getting the truck in. I’ll never bring my vehicles to NTB ever again. Do yourself a favor and go to Firestone instead.
