We have been using STC for our business for some time now and we have had our fair share of computer issues (because they were out dated) , people hacking our e-mail, people hacking into our computer. But no matter the issue STC always answers our call within two rings and is fixing the problems immediately! We have never had a problem that they couldn't fix. They are trustworthy, they defiantly know what they are doing, and explain things so normal people understand. I would recommend this company to everyone, i could not be any happier!

Computer crashed, everyone at STC were as very helpful (Michael, Corey and Susan). Hard drive was gone and they put a new one in reloaded Windows and managed to get all the data from the old drive onto the new drive. We will be more attentive to back-ups from now on. Agony averted by a great team of people. While price was not thought of while losing the hard drive, their pricing policy is fair and reasonable.
