Great collection in an amazing museum. Beautiful garden, lovingly tended, and a really pleasant cafe. Can't wait for it to reopen

Brilliant local attraction telling the history of East Dorset and Wimborne through artifacts dating from prehistoric to twentieth century. Love the working Victorian kitchen and the recreated school room. Beautiful gardens and lovely cafe.
What a find! Unassuming from the outside, but with loads on the inside! Fascinating exhibitions including the Romans in East Dorset at the moment. Always seem to be changing the exhibitions, so always interesting. Knowledgable and helpful staff as well. The garden and tea room are an absolute delight. Well worth a visit!
Currently under refurbishment. Cafe nice, however staff are talking amongst themselves and found it hard to smile. A shame really.
Lots of things to do. Wonderful garden full of fruit trees. Fascinating objects and very helpful staff. Excellent tearoom with good choice of food.
