Would not recommend this travel agent, very rude and unprofessional. We booked tickets with them which got cancelled due to the PIA flight ban. They wanted to charge a 75 administration fee per ticket even though we didn't cancel the flights.
Booked tickets with Mushtaq Travels. Flights got cancelled due to PIA ban. Mushtaq Travels tried taking 75 per ticket as administration fee even though we did not cancel the tickets. PIA gave full refund back to Mushtaq Travels. Mushtaq Travels were very rude and had poor customer service. Would not recommend as they caused a great deal of stress in this current climate.
