The Festival was excellent last year! There were local artists selling their wares, delicious food, and the music was top notch. My wife and I had a great time outside, hanging out with friends and dancing to an energetic zydeco band. The airport hangar was the perfect venue with enough space to comfortably experience this innovate fundraiser for the library.

I can't wait for this year's festival! Last year (2018) was quite the event for it's first year. The Shuter Library has done an amazing job at throwing a fundraising event unlike anything that Angel Fire has ever seen. The food, vendors and music were phenomenal and the airport hangar is such a great venue. We'll definitely be back for the 2019 festival!!!

Last years festival was a great event. The lineup of musicians was exceptional. Looking forward to this year's event which promises to be another fun evening with the musicians that the coordinators have lined up. The setting for this event is beautiful, listening to great entertainment with the mountains around us.

Festival Eclectica 2018 in Angel Fire New Mexico was a one of the most comfortable, friendly outdoor music fests that I have ever attended, and I have attended --as both fan and as a journalist--hundreds, from the original Woodstock Fest 1969 to many Telluride fests, as well as fests in Ireland and Mexico, Canada and around the USA. In a grand open space surrounded by beautiful mountains, we were welcomed in the most genuine way by the festival staff (mostly volunteers) and fellow fest-goers (many locals of this charming New Mexico mountain town). The music was, as advertised, truly eclectic--ranging from the South American rhumba and rock of Baracutanga to Western folk music and country to music less easily categorized but utterly enjoyable. And that with fine food and fresh ales on hand, served up with smiles. Really, this is one annual festival that is MOST worth traveling to--plenty of great places to stay or camp not far away--and should be on everyone's annual calendar, marked with a star for MUST ATTEND. I know it is on mine, and always will be. The August 10 2019 Festival Eclectica will be the BEST YET. YOU should be there. Hope to see you! Bill Nevins
