As parent of beginner musicians, it's nice to be helped without feeling annoying and boring to staff. (not that they show outwardly anyway!) Feels like they enjoy helping. I will go here over anywhere else. Parking is also good.

It is a great store but I would like to get onto the website, it asks me for my email for it's newsletter and I do the verifying thing and then it takes me back to the screen where it says to sign up and I can't get on!!! It is a great music store with an awesome range!
Out of all the stores in the Newcastle area, these guys have the least 'arrogant music store clerk' vibe about them. They are equal parts business people/music lovers/customer service focussed. Their product range is relatively small, but they stock plenty of great Cole Clark acoustics for those that are interested. I never feel like they've cheated me on price or product quality, and they are always grateful to have me in the store. These guys run the business well. Side note - if you are having trouble sleeping, these guys are one of the few outlets that stock the highest-rated Hearoes earplugs :)
The staff are friendly and helpful - and for a smaller shop, the range is really really good! Definitely a repeat customer!
