Got an electric guitar and amp for my sons birthday, I had no knowledge of what to buy and the man on the phone was brilliant, I went away did some research on what they advised and went back and ordered a mini fender Jazzmaster and an LT25 amp, a really cool guitar strap, a lead and some pics over the phone. Few days later click and collect was ready. I went down to the shop at parked right outside!! everything was tested, set up and ready to go. very friendly, excellent service, very covid safe. My son loves it! Thank you so much!

Hi everyone I just wanted share my experience withyou I bought a new guitar from music world .at first everything was fine but two weeks later I opened the guitar case and there was a crack on the neck I took it back to music world Ipswich and they said I must have dropped it I definitely didn't having spent 1000 on it I obviously took great care of it at all times anyway it has a 3year warranty on it but they were not very helpful at all it seems to me that once you have left the shop you're warranty is not worth the paper it's written on I have a guitar that's not playable unless I pay them to fix it I was made to took I was trying to con them I bought it in good faith and this is the best they can offer anyway just wanted to let you all be aware . hope this is useful advice I would be thinking twice before buying another one from them
