Worked there 7 years and was the shop foreman for the last 3. the owner fired me for being late. Just bought a new house and wasn't used to the commute in the morning. the last 5 years I worked there I called off 1 or 2 times and had maybe 5 or 6 latest. At times I worked 3 months straight without a day off. The one year I had 700hr overtime. You think after how dedicated I was to that shop he would have handeled the couple latest I had different. I was there so much my wife was getting ready to devorçe me. It's pretty bad when you get fired and you somehow feel better. I learned a lesson know matter how much you dedicate yourself to your job or how loyal you are your still just a in the eyes of your employer. Greed dosnt have a heart.
