Worst customer experience. my package arrived from amazon at the facility 8 days back , after multiple follow up also to deliver the order they are not delivering it. WON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL

The return has been pickpup on 16th Oct 2020 but has not been updated in the app yet 24/10/2020.. The delivery boy has not even given return slip, and is calling him right now, he says, do not call now I am in tension

Ecom express is not also giving appropriate services to the customer in my locality. I am feeling bad after using the services of Ecom Express. Staff is also too active and helpful towards the customer satisfaction. They are totally unaware of the organisational protocols. I never recommend to use the services of Ecom express to the people of MZN.
