I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this company. I had really bad experience. It took them 2 month to modify address in my car insurance and another month to cancel it. It is still not cancelled yet, despite me sending all the forms, reminding a few times. Needless to say I paid all this time. My broker is neither not picking up my calls nor getting back to me. Stay away at all costs!

I'm not sure why you fill in your details online and get quotes, only to find out when you call that if you're new to car insurance in North America then those quotes mean nothing and the best they can do is around 3 times what you've seen on your screen. Dubious business practice to say the least. One extra star for Darwin in the call centre, who managed to be kind, patient and cheerful, despite knowing that he wouldn't be able to come up with a competitive rate. The same cannot be said for the snarky attitude I previously got from his colleague.
