My yoga Elixir group is so much fun. We get a really good workout without even realizing it. I look forward to my sessions with Stella. It’s always surprisingly different. Great job Stella. See you Thursday love Gina

I’ve been practicing yoga with Stella for a number of years now and can highly recommend her. She concentrates more on stretching and balance which I find very beneficial as I’m in the older generation bracket. My body has strengthened and toned under Stella’s guidance.
