After I made 2 payments for home insurance, I was notified by Tiffany Britt that another inspection was made without my knowledge. Total of 3. Tiffany stated I would need to remove tree limbs that were over home and debris. The tree limbs were in my neighbors yard and there was no debris that I could see. I also asked for Tim Castle to call me. No response. After 7 e-mails, Tiffany said to disregard inspection. Very disappointed how my situation was handled. Would not recommend to anyone. When my policy expires, I will change to another insurance. Louise Collera

Venom Jeep

Company refuses to cancel policy with signed agreement by all insured parties. I spoke with the owner Tim and a employee with no results. I would strongly suggest you seek another company to fulfill all your insurance needs. I have been trying to resolve a issue for three weeks. I would never use or refer this company to anyone going forward.
