please be aware of this company \My Pos\ which is located in Bulgaria. We have signed up with them to be our online merchant system, with their promising integration with our online application and in-person payment system at our physical store. After paying for all devices up front, they have made us wait for 5 weeks and chasing them constantly. We now have decided to move on and not waste any more time. They have asked us to send them back the devices for full refund, after receiving it, which we had to keep calling again to make sure they have, via tracked currier service, intact and unused, they have failed to refund and mention you have scratched the device! This is broad daylight online robbery... not even willing to refund the 3 years extended warranty for devices which we purchased extra, that has not been scratched has it ? stay away and sign up with bigger merchants, as much I wanted to help smaller businesses, rather than bigger corporations, seems that it is a better choice than falling into hands of myPOS!

Simply the best! When working as a sole trader and accepting card payments the best thing about myPOS is the instant settlement i.e. you can use your money right after the client has paid you. And they have a really friendly on-line platform and app multitude of extra features like gift cards. Highly recommended!

Never ever approach these people, they will treat you as criminals, and they work from Monaco. They block the money of your business, abusive commissions. A shame.
