One of my pet Budgies Sky was badly ill and they took great care of him throughout the euthanasia process. I got him cremated as he is in a very nice box, got a card from all the staff there, a bag containing the best feather with a lovely ribbon on it. I teared up when I got home. The service here was perfect and I do appreciate everyone who made this process a bit easier. I will definitely come back if I need help with any other pet in the future.

I called these folks after coming to the Beach House and accidently leaving my pups med at home. They were so kind and offered to help. My vet called them and they provided my cocker spaniel with 3 pills to cover for his infection until we got home. Thanks

I came here for my hamster who was old and sick. They cared for him professionally, and we had him euthanized. They put him in a little box for me with a heart on it, and took very good care of my baby in his last moments. I would bring my other pets here for great care.

My dog died. I took my dog to the MBAH for blood work and her required rabies shot. I expressed my concerns about the safety of the vaccination because she had adverse reactions in the past, But I was told not to worry, to come back for her in 30 minutes. When I returned I was told that my dog had stage 3 kidney failure and was prescribed medication and fluid therapy to treat her. But they still gave my dog the vaccine even though her kidneys were compromised. They should have consulted with me and allowed me to treat and stabilize my dog before giving here something that would only make her sicker. My dog got sick and had to be put to sleep the following week. I believe that the vaccine killed my dog and that the MBAH should never have given it to her knowing that she was not healthy. The use label on the rabies vaccine vials clearly state for use on HEALTHY DOGS. But I guess they must not know how to read labels. The AAHA and AVMA also have guidelines for not vaccinating dogs with kidney failure. I have a detailed description of what happened to my dog on the MBAH FB review page.
