I have been a resident for three years. I was first impressed, with the ease of leasing, the terms explained in layman language and the genuine eagerness to make you fell welcome and truly at HOME! And it didn't stop after your signature was on the bottom line. Quite the contrary, they encourage, any and all, feed back, suggestions and comments, to help improve operations and make the living experience more fun and enjoyable and place you will want to keep calling home. I have seen many changes and improvements in the short time I have been here. I have never had a concern, question or suggestion go unacknowledged for more than 24hr and then addressed to my total satisfaction. Our Maintenance people, Skip and Sherri, are unsurpassed in knowledge of EVERYTHING, as well as prompt to the point of being here, as the thought enters your mind that you need them, like mind readers! I know they don't live here, however, I SEE them every morning when I set out on my day and again, when I return HOME to settle in. Seeing is believing and living it makes it real. UV at the Coast is the most REAL fun place to live and you will not find a better value, for your hard earned dollars! I have gone from pleased, to pleasantly so, to even happier, to absolutely elated, to call UV MY HOME! And they don't let you go hungry either, I had Thanksgiving Dinner with my UV family & it was fabulous! There are also regular, ice-cream, waffle, pizza etc days and Starbuck's/biscuits mornings. The creative fun never stops! I'm a most comfortable, happy camper!

Not a bad place to live if you're single... they charge you if your spouse stays with you for more than 4 nights IN THE ENTIRE MONTH (not consecutive nights, either ).... and the office staff walks into your apartment with no notice a lot. Like at least once a month. Grounds are kept, when they feel like it... grass gets too long to walk in many times, and the sidewalks are covered with spinners at night so you get a shower if you try to walk into your house after midnight.

So far I have been super impressed by the staff! I have not moved in yet, but was able to do all of my paperwork/signing/virtual touring online! It was so convenient and the staff reached out to me before I could contact them. Super excited to get moved in!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! It will be a huge regret This place is a piece of crap. All of the people, including the manager, have no idea what they are doing and are EXTREMELY rude. The place is disgusting. They show you a model that is pretty, but that is not what you get when you move in. They are awful at roommate matching. They do not upkeep the place at all, inside or out. The stairwells are covered in dirt, dust and dead bugs. Maintenance requests take forever. This place is just scamming Coastal students. The only thing they care about it money. If you get sucked in because they say the rent is cheap, do not fall for it. It is worth it to put in extra money and live ANYWHERE else.

I've never lived here. So why am I writing a review you might ask? In 2009 I signed a lease to move in to UV. After having a friend offer a house for rent, I called to find out what I could do about getting out of the lease since I hadn't moved in yet. I was told to find someone to fill my room and I could get out of it....so I did. End of story? Nope. 5 years later I happen to do a yearly credit report and find a 6k dollar charge in collections for this place. I have called twice inquiring about this and both times have been told that they would call me back. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. This has absolutely destroyed my credit in just a few months. Calling one more time and then taking some serious steps against this place.
