Great park nice to walker around

A quiet park in the middle of town. Pleasant but dirty and not very well maintained by the amount of graffiti and rubbish in it. Youngsters using it as a meeting point after school and week ends. it is next to the library. There is a tank with a fountain that does not seem to work. This area was the gardens of an old military police building. The town hall bought the land nearly 30 years ago to build the park. the park is opposite the court house also.
