I was trying to communicate with Mr. S. regarding high end watches. Unfortunately worst communication ever, the guy never calls back nor seems interested to do business.

I am rather surprised by some of the reviews given that my experience communicating with Mr. Strässle was excellent. We corresponded entirely via e-mail and he was responsive and helpful throughout. In my case, Rattrapante was able to source an extremely difficult to find brand-new item of a discontinued model at very fair price. The transaction was smooth as was shipping and customs declarations to the US (particularly difficult with watches because the components are taxed at different rates and need to be itemised). The watch arrived quickly, was well packed and precisely what was agreed including a stamped warranty card. I am extremely satisfied with my purchasing experience and would recommend Rattrapante to anyone looking for a the right watch at the right price.
Worst purchasing experience I ever had To avoid Size provided was not correct : - I had prove that the size was not correct - I was told that I was wrong - I did not obtain even a single word of excuse
Sehr freundlich, absolut zu empfehlen, meine nächste Uhr wird sicherlich wieder bei Herr Strässle gekauft. Sehr zu empfehlen - Freitag bezahlt, Samstags per Post erhalten. Einwandfreier fabrikneuer Zustand (in meinem Fall).

Absolut vertrauenswürdiger, transparenter und freundlicher Empfang bei Herrn Strässle von Rattrapante. Ich durfte eine wunderschöne Uhr von ihm in Empfang nehmen, Preise absolut fair. Fazit: ich kaufe meine nächste Uhr sicher wieder beim Herrn Strässle ein :) Topp
