One of the best hospitals in Germany

Went to this hospital for adult orthodontic treatment. Was informed it would be cheaper since as an adult you have to pay out of pocket with no insurance help. Upside: 1) Modern hospital that is big & very clean. Downside: 1) Appointments take an average of 3 months to get even for recurring patients. 2) Students in training tend to be the ones' who are in constant communication with the patients & not the real doctors. 3) In almost 5 consultations, the \head doctor \ came only once to see me to introduce himself. The rest of the time it was the student in training whom I communicated with then she reported back to the head doctor. 4) After paying an average of 350 for tests & x-rays, I still did not receive my cost plan & was instead asked to pay an additional 50 for the cost plan despite being told otherwise beforehand. 5) A plus sized receptionist refused to give me an appointment saying I should instead wait for \Dr. Ludwig\ to call me back. Ofcourse this never came to be & after months of waiting, I personally went there demanded to see the doctor to which she denied what the receptionist told me. 6) From the initial consultation & tests to final complaint with doctor took almost an year. 7) Orthodontic treatment is an average 2000 more expensive than other practices in Münster. 8) Don't consent to allowing them to use your data for learning. They not only give students access to your medical files but also your phone number & personal address. Thus, your data isn't anonymous as I got contacted by their students. No, I don't recommend their orthodontic department. I found them very wasteful in terms of my time & money plus non respectful of my data.

I survived after a complicate Operation
Sehr gute Fachliche Kompetenz /Technische OrthopädieTumororthopädie.vom ambulanten Termin über die stationäre Aufnahme war bis zur Entlassung alles gut organisiert. Ich habe mich sowohl medizinisch als auch menschlich zu jeder Zeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sehr empathisches Personal ,sehr bemüht und trotz der schwierigen Situation durch Covid immer ein Lächeln für die Patienten übrig.
O kompetente Ärzte, Schwestern und Pfleger, und Sekretärinnen geben gerne Auskunft sind sehr hilfsbereit freundlich und aufmerksam O gute Organisation und stimmiges timing vom Sekretariat, Empfang bis zur Entlassung O abgestimmtes Hygienekonzept O moderne Ausstattung der Zimmer 0 TV, Radio und Telefon am Bett O Obst, Mineralwasser, Kaffee und Tee zur freien Verfügung ....da scheut man auch die Folgebehandlungen nicht
Totalny brak organizacji ! Terminy rozdawane są najwyraźniej zupełnym przypadkiem, bez jakiejkolwiek logiki. Personel w większości nie miły, serdecznie nie polecam !!!
