We sent a kitchenaid food processor to Venova for reparation. The food processor came back repared but a container was badly damaged. As Venova was informed, they replied only after repeated calls and emails just to tell me that they refuse to acknowledge the damage. Please be careful with them if you think to purchase online!

Fresh Shop What a breath of fresh air to buy in this Shop compared to other rational distributors. All ordering eMails seem to be personally designed on your purpose. Delivery is as as fast as you would order from Central Switzerland shop (if article is stocked) When you open the Box, you can almost smell the fresh air from the mountains. Packaging could be improved in sense of -SaveNature- Still my package arrived without any damage :)
Customer service lady on the phone was really nice and lovely and she quickly understood my concern and helped resolve the issue. Perfect !
Very satisfied with the whole online purchase process & delivery. Positively impressed. The only thing which I found a bit irritating was a fingerprint on the newly packed sunglasses. May be it happened during the packaging;-) It's not as bad as all that.

Staff very customer friendly and agile. Product perfectly ok. Even the transportation company they use ran \the extra mile\ (delivered into the house at no extra cost, only curbside was arranged primarily). Strong recommendation, I will return for shopping.
Promised 4-6 days shipping, then was told it was ordered but would take longer which I was fine with. Finally 1 month later I am told the item is not available. My first experience 2 years ago was great (5 star worthy) so this is why I re ordered.
