One of the best places to buy a second-hand car. The dealer acted very professional, knows quite a few languages: German, English, Italian, Russian (even understands a few words in Romanian). The only problems I had: it took a bit of time for the KFZ brief from VW to arrive (so i had to wait a few days) and if we communicated better with the dealer we could pickup the car a day earlier. Otherwise, the car is great and had no issues with it so far.

The best car dealer ever in Germany, I bought a car with very good price and really it is perfect status like new!! Nice team, friendly and welcoming, I would like to thank them for the good reception, help in getting export plates and for a cup of coffee for sure. I will never hesitate to buy another car in the future because they are so honest. Some negative feedbacks or low rate come from people who may not be serious about buying a car when the staff has a lot of work and busy. Thank you so much...VERY RECOMMENDIED

Go to a different manager. He is rude, very pushy and not concerned about you as a potential buyer. I was dealing with a very rude manager named Igor.. who doesn't know how to speak to a potential buyer. Perfect example of a bad manager.. Igor is the worsted salesman I have ever met, He acts like a lame man and treats customers with disrespect. I reserved the car ,I was told everything was approved, told me the amount I was approved for when I get ready to go pick out my car .. I found a defect, manager Igor assured that the car is perfect and new, but at home mechanics found a breakdown (1200 ), which Igor consciously hid. The next day, when the documents were ready for the car, we arrived at 1 pm after lunch, but the salon was closed for another half hour because Igor had taken away all the keys and all the staff and customers were waiting in the yard ..later you spent another two hours because there was a mistake in the documents... and the car was parked at the end of the parking lot, so nothing was prepared. also he want some extra money for making a new documents... worst client service ever..
