This place is bad. Twice now I have come here to pick up a parcel and been told they can't give it to me because they do not know how to mark it as delivered in the system. This is a parcel shop. They are keeping my property because they don't know how to do their job. They are also VERY rude about it. I have reported them to both UPS and DHL. Avoid whenever you can!
