I visited icici branch nadaun and the bank manager doesn't know what type of account they have . I ask him about insta mine account and he said i don't know . Totally worst experience

Totally unprofessional and rude staff.They even don’t know how to deal with customers.But the deputy manager is really humbled and helpful,about security guy on main door” he always playing with his phone fully loaded with bad manners....and literally don’t care who’s going inside and outside, Makes me feel i visited at bus junction.
