Didn’t stay overnight, but had lunch in the restaurant here. Tasted great. Very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed it a lot.

Excellent service. The Concierge went well above and beyond to sort out two wet dirty cyclists. The food is reasonably priced. Everything is clean and works. Yes, it's a relic of the 90's property boom, but it's been well maintained so doesn't look tired. Oh, and the rooms have a neat little hatch so you can get fresh air.
Service was nice at the front desk, room tidy... but the cigarette smell was extremely bad, especially for Asthma sufferers. I am sure it was wonderful in the 80’s..
The hotel room is bigger than normal Japanese style rooms. The staff is nice.

二度目の訪問です 建物は道路に面して建っており、ランドマークとまではいきませんが特徴的な外観なので、地図アプリを頼りに近くまで行ければ長井が初めてでもたどり着けると思います。 施設は新しくないかもしれませんが、お部屋の清掃などは行き届いていましたし、スタッフの方々の対応は丁寧なもので、初回訪問のときと同様快適に過ごすことができました ひとつだけ要望するとしたら、枕元にコンセントがあったらうれしかったかな〜 お世話さまでした
９階の井井殿のランチメニューです。おいしかった。
長井出張の常宿。 多少古さは感じますが十分です。 多少（７００m）歩けばローソン、直ぐ隣り（１００m）にはすき家も有り便利です。 今回、翌日の朝食メニューをカレーで予約しましたが、 翌朝食欲が無く洋食に変更して頂けないか聞いて見たところ対応して頂けました。 レストランスタッフの方有難う御座いました。
