The saint on who's name the dargah has been established is a very powerful saint. This dargah is a very fine example of communal harmony of South India. People of every religion are welcome here. But the management now is money minded. So be careful and just concentrate on the spiritual energy of this place and avoid talking to strangers.

Good place to go. Very famous Dargah. All religious people allowed to enter into the Dargah. Very big place. Car parking is not available however cars can be parked around streets. Lots of shops available inside the dharga. Some people give the pooja items to hand and then clime the huge money. Don't follow any person guide you like a volunteers.

Definitely a good place to visit, railway station and bus stand are within 600mts. And within 1.5 km you can reach Nagore sea shore. All you should aware of this place is, don't ever trust anyone both outside and inside the dhargah. If any of the shopkeepers approach you to offer some service like "leave your chappals here". Don't do it. Chappal stand is available in dhargah itself. And don't buy anything from those shops while entering dhargah. People inside the dhargah says to do some silly things in the name of almighty and force you to offer hundreds of money to them, that to in the name of almighty. So, of you want to visit this place, don't ask any help with the people around there. You simply walk inside and worship, if anyone calls you to do some stuffs in the name of god, Don't go with them. I can't believe why these like people are present inside this holy place. Someone having enough power should make this thing correct.

Nagore Dargah is an Indian Muslim shrine located at 140 Telok Ayer Street, in the historic Chinatown area. It was built between 1828 and 1830 by the Chulias from south India in memory of Shahul Hamid, a holy man from Nagore, south India.1 The shrine was gazetted as a national monument in 1974 and was later converted into the Nagore Dargah Indian Muslim Heritage Centre, which opened in 2011, showcasing Indian Muslim culture and From the early 1820s, an Indian Muslim minority from the Coromandel Coast in south India known as the Chulias migrated to Singapore in large numbers. The original kampong (village) site for the Chulias as laid out in Sir Stamford Raffles's 1822 Town Plan was at another location along the Singapore River, but over time a significant community of Indian Muslims also worked and settled around Telok Ayer Street, which was also an important business and residential area for the Chinese.3
