Over four years of being a customer with Southern Honda never got a satisfied service, especially painting department. Received my car after the recent service with utmost dissatisfaction. Before leaving my car for service there was a piece of mud inside the car from recent rain. After the service the mud was still there and they charged for cleaning and water wash. There were some minor vibration noises which I have mentioned to take care of but never rectified. After the regular oil top up, filter change and alibaba jobs they parked the car outside the workshop and asked me to receive the car after 5.30pm. The issues which I asked to find is left untouched even though they have got few hours until 5.30. When asked about the status about the vibration noise, got the reply need two more days to find out. Please notice two days is not to rectify just to find the issue. Being a premium brand in the world Honda is like a flower garland in the hands of monkey. Sorry for those strong words, after 4 years of worst experience with Honda it is not that strong at all.

Honda cars are great. Southern Honda isn't. The showroom doesn't quite look like a Japanese auto showroom. They got a really uncomfortable rolling char to sit on. Air con was always off. Was hot and humid on the inside.would mistake the showroom for a ware house because of all the debris and litter outside. Hardly any landscaping. Even maruti showrooms had better ambience and feel.Fortunately the sales person assigned to us were courteous. Gave 5 stars because they have room to improve.

They treat customers fair Regarding services I had given my car to service centers in 3 states and found southern honda a very genuine and never charge any thing extra, overall service quality is good. Nice experience in the honda showroom But you have to note the point that all the honda cars are expensive But they have all the model cars from suv to sedan
