We booked a 1-week stay at a pool villa with 2 bedrooms that had 2 beds in each bedroom. The reservation was for 4 people, breakfast included. When we checked in, the front desk told us that we reserved for 2 people only and we had to to pay 12000 yen per person per night for the additional 2 people and breakfast would have to be charged for those people as well. We argued there must be some error, but front desk kept telling us it was our fault in their broken English. I could not understand how the room was meant for 4 people standard and up to 6 people but the staff was arguing we needed to pay more for 4 guests. Besides that mess, everything else was pretty standard. Green fees are expensive but the golf course itself is mediocre with barely any views of the ocean, though well maintained. Staff are for the most part attentive and friendly. Nobody really is proficient in English, so might want to brush up on your Japanese before you visit.
nice country club cottage with 2 big rooms for 4, swimming pool, nice bbq dinner and breakfast, just you have to hike or cycling up hill for few mins., would rate 5 star if they provide shuttle between the clubhouse to cottage and main street
Affordable villa with full facilities such as modern electronic toilet seat, outdoor and indoor shower and bathtub, private swimming pool, beach chair, living and dining room, car parks, etc. Nice environment and polite staff. Only two breakfast sets for choice in club house. Insect bodies and leaves on pool surface was cleared by myself with net provided since it was an easy job.
Was here for a morning golf game. Is a 18 hole course with the 2 nines named Woods and Ocean. Relatively easy to moderate in terms of playability. A forgiving course so to speak. Most greens are, I would say are approachable. The challenge on this course is the cross wind. Caddies are most polite and speaks some english. Their pork cutlet is quite good. Overall, an enjoyable course.
Unfriendly reservation system and service! I have sent reservation request for golf, by mail, by phone, by fax and get no reply at all! Never experience such low quality service in Japan!!
