The female staff was rude and unprofessional. I brought 20 of bags and clothes to sell and some of them are brand new. But after a long wait the price only came out as 100 yen. What’s even more disappointing is that when I asked for the detail list, she suddenly ‘realized’ that she only included part of my stuffs and after adding the items she ‘unintentionally’ left out, the price changed to 190 yen, which is still very low considering the quality of my clothes. By the way, the items are all priced at 1 yen and 10 yen. Other unpleasant experience includes claiming I said something that I didn’t actually said and being rude. I would rather throw the things away than to sell them to the Second Street ever again.
