I really like the brand. When traveling, I came here specifically to see if there were any styles I haven't seen. I excited to take a few photos and kept it as a memory. There were no notices in the store that could not be photographed, and the clerk did not tell me. After a while, the clerk suddenly said that I could not take photos here, and the attitude was not friendly. When I said "sorry, I don't know I can't take pictures",he made me feel uncomfortable. I was very disappointed.

この地域で唯一の路面店！ すべての商品を手にとって試せるので アークファンにとってたまらないお店です。 店員さんに質問すると熱く語ってくれるので、商品についてのこだわりが伝わり、楽しいです。 自分は、比較的ゆっくりと見ることができる 平日に行くことが多いです。

一言でいうと、接客がうざい。 「接客は不要です。何かあったら声かけます」と言っても店員がずっとついてきてジーッと後ろからみてくるからゆっくり見れない。 いいお店なのにもったいないと感じています。

山登りをするようになってからよく利用してます。 店員はとても親切でガツガツと接客してくるようなことはありません。 個人の山道具店でガツガツ接客された事があるのですが今時はこんなもんでしょう。 程よい距離感というか、ちょっと離れたところで見守ってくれているような感じですかね。 個人的にはこちらの商品は安い買い物ではないのでよく色で悩みますが、今持っている服と合うかといった相談をします。 店員によって差はありますが、かなり親身になって相談にのってくれるので助かってます。 似た色の服を持ってきてくれて合わせてくれた事もありました。

品揃えはとてもいいです！ 最初の店員は接客が冷たく雑でイマイチでした。後から来た店員さんは 親切で感じよかったです。 最初の人は接客向いてないです。
