Slow ride yet amazing ride. Worthy of the price. The experience is worthwhile. The view is really good up there.

You can ride this to see sakae area from above It's only cost 500 for one ride (about minute), doesn't need to buy ticket or something Only 500 coins/person (it's take about 15 minutes for one ride) That's even a money changer machine being provided (to change from notes to coin) if you don't have any coins
500 yen to ride, ride itself takes about 15 minutes. You can see the street from above and that's about it, not much else to see. Also this wheel is heavily themed with local male idol-band, so you are forced to hear their song until ride ends. This wheel is more like a decoration to this part of the city, than an attraction to ride on.
Not as big as the one in Osaka, but less queue. Exit 8 of the Underground will guide you there and a tax free shop just opposite.
Its a ferris wheel. You can see the view from up there near the sakae area. The price not so expensive. Good experience.
