In America, using your middle name is optional. In Japan, your name must match your documents on the form. The lady called and WU made a one time exception. In December, my family came and changed money. Much cheaper than the bank at home or the airport!! My Japanese bank recommended them. So glad I went.

Highway robbery. Never go here again. They sold currency 5% more than the rate but bought back at almost 30% less than the current rate. If I could give zero, that's what they deserve. Making some money, I can understand. This is just ridiculous.
