Absolutely pathetic. They packed my stuff in two boxes and made me prepay Rs 4000 amount. They delivered only one box after 3 months and that too after too many follow up calls, requests and warnings. The second box is still missing after 10 months and only recently they have accepted that it's missing. What's worse is they are willing to compensate only Rs 1000 for it whereas their charge itself for delivery was Rs 4000, leave alone the amount I lost because of losing my luggage. The customer care will not pick your calls unless you call from a new number everytime.
