Airtel Gallery, gentle staff who resolves issues fast. On the main road. Downloding speed inside gallery is too fast.

It's quite a busy place if you go in the morning. Preferably try to go in the evening when the crowd is less.. They are following all the precautions to prevent covid and social distancing is maintained at the stores. The people in the stores are also wearing gloves mask and they give you with santiser when you enter the stores. The staff is quite helpful and will try to solve your problems. But what bothers me is staffs behaviour. Very lazy , un-informed staff who are always trying to "sell" you a post paid plan even if you have some other issues. Some staff are just chatting along casually over a call sitting in a corner & I'm not referencing to an official call. I found the lead staff to be very arrogant from the body language & mannerisms which seems very odd in this line of business. Their own WiFi network is not working most of the times & still have the courage to sell Internet dongles & WiFi routers to customers. I always had to pay 2-3 visits to complete one task. Also there is no parking space for cars & one can't park it on the WHC road also due to the RTO rules. It's better to stay away from this "company operated" store & rather go visit a third party franchise, who in my opinion are giving excellent service. They changed my plans without my notice and its not bareable

do not go for this store very unsafe for handling Atif person very insecure staff available at store who mis used the other SIM . very suspicious person uses our group SIM by other his community person . Store also not seriously taken compliant of customers. Do not deal this type of store.

Hopeless staff, initially they speak in honey melodious voice but once you become customer,they won't pickup your call even. Syed Atif, Airtel executive (pathetic guy) lured with boasted words, changed my plan from pre to postpaid and got ported one number from Jio to airtel with Airtel dish from Dish TV. But in real, he trapped with honey coated words, after two days language was "jaisa karna hai karlo" and later stop picking calls. Airtel should fire such unethical employees immediately. Now trapped with no options left. Was happily using Jio since it's inception with no bigger problem, made a blunder choosing Airtel, specially from worst service provider store Dharampeth.
