Hey all. ! I have claimed here in ICICI Lombard for my motor claim, that is my moped (hero duet) which was totally burnt in April, 2019. Today 9th July, 2019, I haven't received any money in my account. These people have blocked my no. and not receiving my calls. I don't know if they will give me my insurance claim or not. I don't know what to do. I called in ICICI Lombard customer service they are saying that it will be resolved in 3 days. . and they are saying this from almost a month. . We have already lost something and these people are harassing us again making us more frustrated with this type of behaviour from a responsible company. I don't expect this from ICICI. I hope this review makes some difference. Thank you. ! Please like this review and dhare my experience.
