Jio store told me to go Jio center for your sim problem. And this Jio center told me to go to any Jio store regarding your problem. They themselves don't know their role. Finally a small other local mobile shop solved my sim issue.

Useless service center one has to wait atleast 2 hours to get a service of just 2 minute there are only 2 employee and working very slowly instead go to Jio center in fidvi tower sadar as there are less customers so they provide fast and efficient services
