Save yourself from going there in any situation. No place to even stand properly. Very poor service and staff. No explanation for HIGHLY PRICED BILLS given by the doctors... Also, Doctors here are hungry for money as his son KAVISH wants to live a lavish lifestyle.

My father is covid 19 patients hospitalized in Nagpur private hospital named Radiance. He is suffering from mild covid. We have been charged 6000 per day for the PPE kit(1500x4 times a day). Also he was in general ward where many patiient are there, so PPE should be on sharing basis. Also ICU and general ward charges and PPE kit charges are beyond the Maharashtra govt limit. We asked many times but no help from the hospital, nor from the NMC ,DM of the nagpur. I have attached the bill copy. I urge people to get unite and file complaint hospital on pgportal govt for covid charges and poor services

My relative died of a curable disease only due to their negligence. Over expensive. They will keep the patient longer only for money and will not even take proper care. Very unprofessional. Please don't ever go here. How is it possible that hospital is reporting falsely that the patient is curing & they even give discharge, after which when xray was taken it was realised that 90% lungs have been damaged & the hospital was all the time reporting that the patient is recovering based on his oxygen level without even worrying to check any other vitals or taking an effort to take a X-ray? Isn't this negligence. I've written curable because patient didn't die of corona, it was cured, but died due to sheer negligence, as hospital didn't give attention towards how the body is recovering after the virus has left. Also, I would like to mention that the corona was almost cured when the patient was moved here, all which was needed was monitoring. With all due respect, we understand doctors are not God and we are not asking for a guarantee for recovery after the patient is admitted but atleast stop being so negligent & running a hospital just for the sake of money. You're even unable to provide justified bills. Atleast for the humanity or maybe just customer service sake, just check what's going on the hospital level. Don't make it a business in such hard times.

Worst hospital, irresponsible staff, bad behaviour management most important bakwass Dr.manoj purohit. He wants only money his wife called and said give money otherwise Dr.will not visit your paitent, you can't not go for CT Scan submit first one lac. When I was discharging my father. Staff stopped lift just bcoz of hosiptal staff n Dr.manoj purohit. I lost my father bcoz I was late just bcoz of hospital. Owner want only money. Bakwass ever hosiptal it's my request to all persons plzz dnt go for treatment.

Worst service of reception counter, Insurance or bill Settlement dept, Communication gap Dr with patients and not regular visit time on time just like trying to how grow our hospital bills.. I m hospitalized at hospital for 8 days in that during this admission Dr has visited only 3times in 8day... Dr is Knowledgeable but I don't recommend to any budy hospitalized at hospital.... Thanks Everyone...
