I didn't interacted much but over the phone call itself the guy wasn't much helpfull. Rude to talk and unprofessional behaviour. Just having good stuff doesn't count. People need customer service too. Try avoiding to deal with such unprofessionals.

Wide range. In the aftermath of covid, taking safety precautions amongst visitors. However suggest avoiding peak hours and holidays with the shop likely to get congested and people coming close. A cao on crowding would be better. Parking is an issue unless you have someone to wait in the car. Priced on the higher side (2X) compared to especially during festive online sales. Availability of lights is at a 2 day waiting period post selection.

Please read this review to know how they loot customers- 1. They sell products at higher prices than other ordinary shop selling same product 2. Some products are not worth the price they are selling for. The lamp i bought is getting rusted in 3 weeks time 3. Price mentioned at display for each product is without GST 4. Once you finalise the product and about to create your bill, that time they will inform you about 12% GST being charged 5. They do not have ready products to hand over when you purchasing 6. They will ask you to pay advance and will order your selected products which you have to collect by visiting again 7. Once you finalise your products and create your bill and pay advance, they will handover you a fancy card mentioned only your paid and pending amount. And will keep the bill with them until you pay full amount 8. If by any chance you later change your mind to cancel or exchange a ordered product (even before final payment) then they charge you cancellation charges for each item you cancelling(they charged me 200 cancellation charge for a 900/- rs product even though when i was buying another product against this cancellation) 9. Above this they also charge you 12% GST on the cancellation charges. So they charged 12% GST on 200/- rs cancellation charge If you try to question them over this act, they have a foolish reply saying they need to return products to company and company charges them this as a fine. With above review i wanted to make you all aware about their practise. Also in my other review i am mentioning how tactically they cheated me.
