The best car rental experience we have ever had in Japan. We planned to go to Okinawa for 1 week. We wanted to rent European luxurious cars like the one we are currently driving in our home-country. After doing some research we found this “Okinawa Premium Rent-a-Car”, and the car types totally satisfied our expectation, for example: Porsche/Ferrari/BMW/Mercedes-Benz and etc.. We contacted them and soon after that we received respond. This company is foreigner-friendly and helpful, very soon they checked the car availability and gave us the quotation. One of the most important part was their staff speaks fluent English and can even use Chinese! Which was just excellent! Also the rental fee was not expensive at all. After we arrived at the airport, their friendly staff and the luxury car (We rented a Porsche Cayenne) was already there at the airport waiting for us, no any time-consuming manual-like office work needed. The car was just right there for you to pick up. The staff also told us that we can even change the desired car type during the middle of the rental period on request. After we returning the Porsche back to the company at the end of our trip, the staff even sent us back to airport by a long luxurious limousine, which we had never experienced in my life. To conclude the experience we have had with this car rental company is “Above and beyond”. Next time when I go to Okinawa, I am very sure that I would be using this company again.

Driving convertible car in Okinawa will make your trip more perfect! We have a very good experience. This is good choice for luxury car and their staffs are very friendly and helpful, the price is reasonable and the car with good condition. Recommended. (Nice car with nice view, you can catch one too ;))

宮古島でも、とても対応良かったので、今回、那覇でも利用させてもらいました。 とてもスタッフの対応が気持ちいいです。 店内は、車が展示してあり狭いですが 空港へ送迎の車を待っていても 「もうしばらくお待ち下さい」と声をかけてくれたり 送迎のスタッフも、降りる時にきちんと ありがとうございました！ときちんとお辞儀して礼儀正しくて笑顔でした。 車も、コンパクトカーの安いものでも、ナビは最新でしたし、携帯USBさすのもついてました。 ちなみに、保険の説明は、動画で説明案内があり、きにんとしていて わかりやすいです。
安いのに個別に送迎してくれてサービス良かったです。 ネコがいっぱいいて手続き中も楽しく過ごせました。 また利用したいと思います。
