I would not recommend them. Google the history of the firm and Charles Ruhl. They now claim he's no longer involved with the firm but his key assistant is still with the firm as of 2019. They manage our association which is in disarray and falling apart. Excessive fees and excessive billing. The Management fee is four times the one maintenance contract it supervises. They issue no reports or proper accounting for their fees.
