Where do I start? Awful customer service skills. If you raise a complaint with them instead of your addressing the complaint they argue with you and they are rude to you.... If you have seen their instagram they post AMAZING photos of their nail art. However they're FAKE! it is false advertisement and I don't plan on returning to a company that only want to rob you of your money.

Great salon amazing staff and so talented and alot of time into nails.
Have been getting my nails done here for 3 years with my step daughter and neither of us have any problems! They stay on, the work is excellent along with the nail art. There isn't too much customer interaction but I am always happy with my nails. Thank you.
Really bad job on my daughters nails on Sat 40 my daughter went down today to get them put right. Was charged another 23 to have them re-painted???? Manager said they were fine but didn't actually look at them. Talk about taking advantage of young girls.!!!
Absolutely awful! Unless you want to waste your money and ruin your nails I really don’t recommend. Had my 50 nails on for less than a week and had already snapped off! Have never had this problem with any other nail bar before, my usual 29 nails can last months with no problem. The gems have completely fallen off and the acrylics were even put on wonky. When she used the drill to smooth my nail she cut my skin around my nail and didn’t even apologise Staff were rude, horrible experience, never again
