The two nail techs assigned to me were good. But boy, were the rest of the people in the back room so noisy! They were gossiping loudly, and then watching videos on their phones very loudly, too. Not a relaxing place to go to.

The service was excellent and exceeded my expectations! From the reservations, to the terrific location (parking was free on the street and available), the guards were nice, the ambiance of the place is very elegant and sophisticated. Very clean and relaxing. I love the bossa nova music. The staff are hospitable and well trained. And of course their jet spa chairs which is first in the country! They also serve food and wine. Definitely the 5-star hotel of all nail spa's. Will definitely come back!

Mixed reviews, really. The first time I went there it was a complete fail. I called to make an appointment 2 weeks before but was turned away on the day of because a spa party was being held. I'm not sure if they really keep an eye on their appointments. The second time I went there went better. The staff was friendly, they served some snacks, and just being there was sort of relaxing. I had a mani-pedi there and the attendant who handled my nails was very careful with the process. Although the nail polish application was a bit unprecise.
