I got my nails done here last week, I absolutely adore them and have gotten a lot of compliments on them. The experience was nice and relaxing and I was told that if my nails brake I can come get them fixed free of charge which is always a plus!

I went here about 6 months ago and it was awesome. I went today for valentines day hoping for the same and got nothing close to that. My massage chair did not work, my water was freaking cold and my colours i picked where not correct. I was conned into getting shellac on my toes because they where busy and did not want to wait for them to dry. At the till i hoped to at least get my toes just regular price because of the lack of service ie the chair not working but no the manager lady was not having it and said no you pay full now. I probs wont go back now.

These people literally bribe people to remove their bad google reviews with refunds for terrible jobs of rushed and poor quality nails. Just go to excellent nails down the street- it’s so much more worth your time and your money.

Went there and got White colour on my nails. Colour changed same day. Went back but owner kept on blaming me for colour change. She reapplied the colour and again it changed same day. Poor quality of nail colour. Will never go there again and will not recommend this place.

I wanted to really like this place, but my recent experience was the worst nail experience I’ve had. I felt like the lady that did my nails was rushing me out, and because of this my nails were very disappointing. I contacted them via e-mail for a refund and received no response. The pictures attached are the multiple bumps and fibres that are embedded into my nail.
