I wanted to use a local firm to book my trip to Spain so I called Miles Morgan with the brief. After a week I'd heard nothing so I rang and was told it had been passed on to a colleague and that she would call me back. Three weeks on I've heard nothing. So Ive now booked the whole trip with another firm who came back same day with a full itinerary. I would never call Miles Morgan again. Useless.
