Very nice
Bought the cover early this year, 2018. When I had an emergency in June around 3am, I was told on phone that there were no personnel for the ambulance service. Had to get to hospital through private means. Also took cover for my parents & requested for car stickers incase of road accident, to inform the public that they had ambulance cover. Despite promises from May, stickers were not issued 5 months & counting. Arms length. Do not intend to renew again.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Pleasant and very professional medical staff.
