DO NOT assume your deposit money will be returned to you. It won't, they will keep it. I was warned against using this company but I took the chance still. I feel stupid for giving this company the benefit of the doubt. And for the record, I was served by Richard and John. Don't trust them, they are not on your side.

I have just had the worst experience with this company. The agents John and Onesmus together with the landlady of south B KenyaRe houses block B house 7 refused to return my deposit even after I painted the house and and met all requirements in my checklist and lease agreements. They returned just a small portion of which they cannot even properly account for! This is impunity and I recommend anyone to stay away from Canaan properties. If you get a house through them be ready to be robbed off your deposit.
