Simple and fairly priced three storey rental apartments with setups of both single and dual bedrooms. Haven't been into the one bedroom settings, but the two bedroomed quarters sure have spacious living rooms. Ample parking space within the building and outside, especially at night. Building's close to business showrooms and the superstalls are but a walking distance away. Excellent proximity to the main roads & there's no need to worry about mud when it rains since the road leading to the building is paved. Finding a spot for daytime parking outside may prove a bit of a challenge since you have the surrounding business owners & associated customers swarming the area. Building could also use some facelift of sorts to enhance it's looks.
