I had product delivered and genuinely forgot to pay for delivery. I was called by a very rude person who insinuated that i was trying to run away with 200sh even though i explained i missed to make the payment genuinely . When i said it was bad customer service i was bombarded with insulting texts. I chose to return the goods and the person told me to stop being dramatic. To say it was the worst experience i have ever had with a supplier is an under statement. I still want to return the product and never have to deal with such customer service again.
