Ruined my clothes for second time. Not sure what they are doing there but despite some instructions, again random stains of bleach on my trousers. again no reaction, no feedback, no money back. nothing.

I was very happy with the result. My suit looks excellent, it was very reasonably priced.
Very bad service. I turned in 2 pairs of jeans and they charge me 1600 ksh for dry cleaning, ironing and starch. Four days later, I receive the 2 pair of pants and no starch. I asked them for a reimbursement of no starch service and they would not give it to me after they charge me for it. I will never ever go back to this business again.
It's ok but not good
Exorbitant prices and they ruined my clothes.
