never been here but just got off the phone with questions and for it to be a mental health place the receptionist was not fit. very dry and uninterested. its a shame. you never know what state of mind people are in when they call you. no help at all...

I had the most horrible experience ever. I went twice, both to see the therapist and psychiatrist. The therapist gave me judgey scoffs and remarks and was very uncomfortable and started the session without even introducing herself. It was awful but nothing compared to how horrible of a session I had with the “psychiatrist”. You see when you book an appointment with a professional you expect to see a professional not a nurse who isn’t qualified to diagnose or honestly even know what she’s talking about. She was so cold hearted and read two word notes out loud from the PRIVATE session I had just experiences the day before with the therapist! She had no knowledge of the story behind the words she just cold heartedly was reading my life and soul like it was a list. A list! At the end of it all she still wasn’t knowledgeable enough to diagnose me and called the doctor IN FRONT OF ME and tried to explain it to him over the phone and clinically reduce my life into a textbook list of symptoms. I felt so violated and honestly I don’t even think they made an accurate diagnosis. The office is in horrible condition, they had a kids TV program blaring out of the TV even though the office only treats people 18 and older. It’s falling apart, outdated, and dirty. I was so appalled and embarrassed leaving the clinic and I strongly advise you look elsewhere before going to see them. It’s just not worth it.

A waste of your time start off seeing a doctor then stop seeing him . then you start seeing his assistant and the therapy is definitely a waste of your time . I never really benefit from going there .
